I had started to talk with a different agency who had good reviews and recommendations. They came to see my home after a few days and then arranged for a stager to come look at it. After 3 weeks they came back with a report that suggested I sell all my furniture, rent staging furniture from them, change lighting fixtures, all while ignoring major things that needed to be done... and they wanted to list my house for $200K lower!

After my frustrations were mounting, I decided to call The Hamptons and what a difference! They were there the next day, and assessed everything that needed to be done on the spot. The following day (a Saturday) Paul brought in a couple of contractors to address some issues. I had already contacted another contractor, but Paul's team already finished the job by the time I even got a quote back from the other folks - and it was half the price!

A week later, we were on the market! We purchased another place in the meantime, and Paul even offered to finance us for the new purchase so we could go in with a cash offer! Who does that?

Three weeks later, we sold the house. Liz even came by on her day off to help load boxes and clean up before the closing. And we sold the place for $150K more than the other agent's high recommendation.

Paul and Liz know the market like nobody else! They list in Massachusetts as well in order to get more coverage. They have connections with great contractors, legal teams, inspectors, that all made everything go smoother. They are fast, efficient, friendly, attentive, and informed. I couldn't be more delighted with my experience with the team at The Hamptons!
